Job summary

Skillventory in Kolkata, India seeks an HR leader to align HR strategy with plant operations and business goals. You will manage employee relations, retention, and grievance handling across the workforce while driving talent acquisition, manpower planning and deployment in coordination with stakeholders.

You will lead performance management, capability building and succession planning, and support learning initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate should be willing to work from Kolkata.
