Job summary

SV Management Consultants is seeking a senior HR professional in Pune to drive manpower planning, onboarding, development, and employee relations within a manufacturing setup.

You will lead recruitment across levels, manage grievances, and ensure policy compliance while partnering with plant leadership to enhance engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR with regular degree
• 12-15+ years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Strong experience in recruitment, training & development, employee relations, grievance handling, policy formulation, and HR audits
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
• Age 35-45 years

Responsibilities

• Manpower planning and complete recruitments at all levels.
• Lead onboarding, induction, training, skill development, and competency enhancement initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Partner with plant leadership and department heads on people-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, and requirements of quality, customer, and certification audits (IATF, ISO, customer audits).
• Monitor HR metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity, retention, and employee satisfaction.
• Monthly MIS Reviews Promote organization culture, values, and harmonious industrial relations across the plant. Salary structuring, with good knowledge of related laws like PF, ESI, LWF, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
