Reliance Consumer Products Limited is seeking an experienced HR & IR professional to support the people agenda for our large-scale manufacturing operations at Haldia. The role will be responsible for plant HR operations, employee relations, workforce planning, labour compliance and engagement, while partnering closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure a stable and productive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• MBA/PGDM in HR must have 8-13 years of experience.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Plant HR, Industrial Relations and Labour Compliance.
• Experience in Greenfield plant setup / plant expansion preferred.
• Good understanding of contract labour management and statutory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations for the manufacturing unit.
• Support manpower planning, workforce deployment and organization structure.
• Drive Industrial Relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, employee communication and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements and HR policies, with timely identification and mitigation of compliance risks.
• Support Greenfield plant setup and operational readiness, including manpower mobilization, HR processes, policies and onboarding.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare and communication initiatives to build a positive workplace environment.
• Coordinate with contractors and business stakeholders on contract labour management, attendance, productivity and compliance.
• Build relationships with employees, local stakeholders, government authorities and community representatives.
• Support government liaison, community relations and local stakeholder management for smooth plant operations.
• Provide HR analytics and insights on manpower, absenteeism, attrition, productivity, employee relations and compliance.
• Support HR initiatives related to performance management, capability building and employee development.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR with 8-13years of experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/Food/Dairy or similar industries.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Plant HR, Industrial Relations and Labour Compliance.
• Experience in Greenfield plant setup / plant expansion will be preferred.
• Good understanding of contract labour management and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work closely with employees, contractors, plant teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation with a hands-on approach.
