Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Plant HR professional in Gujarat to lead end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and staff roles, manage employee relations and engagement, and oversee IR activities. The role requires MBA and strong labour law knowledge, with responsibilities spanning payroll coordination and HR analytics.

The incumbent will partner with department heads to plan manpower, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvement through training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA is mandatory and priority is given to candidates with Plant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, industrial relations and audits.
• Experience in talent acquisition, manpower planning and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, supervisors and staff.
• Handle employee grievances, welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
• Manage union relations, collective bargaining, labour negotiations and disputes.
• Oversee attendance, leave, shift management, payroll coordination and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, audits and inspections.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate safety and skill programs.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and track attrition, absenteeism and productivity.

Role & responsibilities

• Plant HR & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, supervisors, and staff; coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, welfare initiatives, and engagement activities.
• Industrial Relations (IR): Manage union relations, collective bargaining, labour negotiations, and industrial disputes to maintain harmonious relations.
• HR Operations: Oversee attendance, leave, shift management, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, audits, and inspections.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, and employee productivity initiatives.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate safety, technical, skill-based, and compliance training programs.
• HR MIS & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and track manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity metrics.
