Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Learning & Development, is desired.
• 5–8 years of Learning & Development experience with at least 3 years focused on leadership capability building.
• Experience in services, BPM/BPO, or large-scale corporate environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating leadership programs.

About the Role

The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing learning interventions that build strong people managers, future leaders, and high-potential talent. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional stakeholders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve employee engagement, support succession planning, and build a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Manager Development

• Design and manage development programs for Front line Managers, Managers and Senior Managers, High Potential Leadership Talent


• Create structured learning journeys


• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning interventions.

Capability Building

• Conduct learning needs analysis across functions and levels.


• Partner with business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and recommend solutions.


• Build learning pathways aligned to organizational competency frameworks.


• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives through targeted interventions.

Program Design & Content Development

• Develop engaging learning content, facilitator guides, and leadership playbooks.


• Curate content from internal and external learning partners.


• Manage external trainers, coaches, and learning vendors where required.


• Introduce innovative and digital learning solutions to improve learner engagement.

Learning Effectiveness & Analytics

• Track program participation, completion rates, learner feedback, and business impact.


• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and post-program evaluations.


• Prepare quarterly learning dashboards and leadership development reports.


• Continuously improve interventions based on learner feedback and business outcomes.
