Job summary

ACPL - AgileWaters Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an IT Recruitment Lead to guide a small team and own end-to-end hiring for IT roles, from sourcing resumes to joining candidates.

You will work with corporate hiring and recruitment consultancy, shape hiring strategy, timelines, and mentor junior recruiters to improve sourcing efficiency.

Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, referrals, and ATS is essential to meet multiple simultaneous targets.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in corporate recruitment and/or recruitment consultancy.
• Experience guiding a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Hire for IT roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Testers, and other tech positions.
• Lead and support recruitment team to achieve targets.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, referrals and other platforms.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and candidates throughout hiring.
• Schedule interviews, manage feedback and offers.
• Track progress and close positions on time.
• Mentor team to improve sourcing and recruitment skills.
