Job summary

AAPMOR Inc. is seeking an experienced US and India Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across US and Indian markets, with strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

You will source candidates via major portals, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining follow-ups, working closely with hiring managers, clients, and vendors to fulfill hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US and India recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, Boolean search, and talent sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, GC-EAD, OPT, CPT, US Citizen).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US and India hiring.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Naukri, and other portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Handle US hiring models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers, clients, and vendors to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM systems.
