In this role you will be responsible to provide hands‑on technical support to end‑users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure smooth IT operations. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and enhancing employee productivity through reliable and responsive support.
- Provide onsite support for end‑user hardware and local software, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV, and access control systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate with HQ and global IT teams to escalate complex issues and support IT projects and initiatives
- Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records, adequate stock levels, and compliance; coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and tracking of IT equipment and materials
Our requirement:
- 6-8 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with proven experience in an onsite technical support role
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows operating systems, MS Office 365 apps and business applications, with excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
