Job summary

Zuru Tech India in Ahmedabad is seeking an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide end-user support, install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, and support network services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma or equivalent accepted).
• 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong skills in Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users, and install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity; monitor network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Perform software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate with vendors for warranty claims/repairs, and create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Support IT infrastructure projects, office setup activities, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic network security.

Experience: 2-3 years

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

• 23 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong skills in Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT asset management and helpdesk/ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Fortinet or Sophos networking products, and backup/endpoint security solutions.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified (M365, Azure Fundamentals), CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Fortinet NSE/FCA.
• Experience supporting 100+ users.
