Job summary

LTM in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, translate priorities into people strategies, and drive a high‑performance culture. You will manage employee lifecycle, organizational culture, and workforce planning to align people with business goals.

Build strong stakeholder relationships, coach managers on talent and performance, and ensure HR policy compliance while leveraging data to drive decisions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HRBP experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience supporting dynamic and fast-paced business environments.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for business leaders and key stakeholders.
