Job summary

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

1. Training & Development

• Design and deliver training programs for both whitecollar and bluecollar employees.
• Conduct sessions on ISO standards, safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.

2. Leave & Attendance Management

• Oversee employee attendance and leave records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports for management review.

3. Sales Team HR Support

• Manage performance reviews, retention strategies, and induction/exit processes.
• Oversee travel policy adherence and expense management for the sales team.

4. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute engagement activities for both whitecollar and bluecollar employees.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.

5. Data Privacy & Policy Management

• Develop and enforce policies related to salary, KYC, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.

6. Compliance Management

• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (labour laws, ISO standards, safety norms, etc.).
• Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with auditors or regulatory authorities.
• Regularly update HR policies to align with evolving compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
