Job summary

Xonobics It Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance across India. You will oversee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and employee relations to maintain a productive workforce.

The role involves developing HR policies, managing performance appraisals, maintaining records, and driving training, engagement, and retention initiatives while ensuring workplace discipline, health, and safety

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflicts professionally.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulations.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
• Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Manage employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure workplace discipline, ethics, health, and safety standards.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication.
