Job summary

Leap India Food And Logistics is seeking a Head HR (Infrastructure & Construction) to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple project sites. The role drives recruitment, manpower mobilization, IR, compliance, payroll, performance management and HRIS implementations.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM in HR, a bachelor’s degree, and extensive senior HR leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with travel to sites as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR.
• A bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Additional qualifications in labour laws, industrial relations, or HR analytics will be an advantage.

Experience Required

• 24-30 years of overall HR experience, preferably in infrastructure, civil construction, EPC, industrial projects, or large-scale project-based organizations.
• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role managing multiple project sites and geographically distributed workforces.
• Proven experience in project recruitment, manpower mobilization, labour compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience in managing site HR teams, contractor workforce compliance, and large-scale manpower budgets.
