Job summary

Sandhar Technologies in Karnataka seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and core HR operations in a manufacturing setting.

You will lead training programs, PMS activities, audits coordination, and ensure accurate HR records while driving employee engagement and CSR initiatives. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF/EMS audits and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate Training & Development programs and maintain training records.
• Maintain HR documentation and statutory records as per company requirements.
• Support audits by preparing required documents and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate Performance Management System, Job Descriptions, and KRAs.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and CSR programs.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS, and maintain employee data accurately.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HR procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Training & Development (T&D) programs and maintain training records.
• Maintain HR documentation and statutory records as per company requirements.
• Support IATF, EMS, HR, Vendor, and other internal/external audits by preparing required documents and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), Job Descriptions (JD), and Key Result Areas (KRA).
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and CSR programs.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain employee data accurately.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HR procedures.
