Job summary

Technosys Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in India to lead end-to-end tech hiring across Hardware, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, and Engineering profiles. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, roll out offers, and ensure smooth onboarding, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

You will manage multiple openings, collaborate with hiring managers, and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment for hardware, IT infrastructure, CCTV, electronics and engineering.
• Hands-on sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions within hiring timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Handle technical hiring for Hardware & Networking, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Networking, Surveillance, and Engineering profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment databases.
• Negotiate salary with shortlisted candidates and manage offer acceptance and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for ongoing and future technical hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities and complete recruitment documentation.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.
