Job summary

Utkarsh Gupta in Gurugram-based HR team is seeking an experienced Recruitment & HR professional to handle end-to-end recruitment across sales, marketing, production, QA and corporate roles. You will source, screen and coordinate interviews, roll out offers and support onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in recruitment and HR, with FMCG or manufacturing exposure, strong communication and negotiation skills, and hands-on sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn and Excel.

• Experience hiring for FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.
