Job summary

Legion Energy Bengaluru is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with shop-floor employees and management, drive HR analytics, and ensure smooth operations across multiple HR activities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in Kannada, English and Hindi is preferred to support a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources.
• 37 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, training & development and employee engagement is preferred.
• Kannada, English, Hindi language proficiency.
