Job summary

BVR People Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a Female HR Generalist with a BE/BTech and MBA-HR to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and employee lifecycle within a manufacturing/engineering setup.

The role involves onboarding, learning & development coordination, performance management and engagement activities, with a focus on compliance and HR policies. Kannada proficiency is mandatory, with collaboration across departments and HR leadership.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech + MBA-HR is a critical requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning and identify future hiring requirements.
• Prepare and manage Job Descriptions and coordinate the complete interview cycle.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction and integration.
• Identify training needs and support Learning & Development initiatives and training calendars.
• Support performance management, competency assessment and employee development.
• Coordinate career advancement, promotions and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, rewards and welfare activities.
• Support HR policies, employee grievance handling, POSH and HR compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HR data through HRIS/HRMS.
• Support compensation, benefits and performance appraisal processes.
• Contribute to Organizational Development and change management initiatives.
• Work closely with various departments and HR leadership on people-related initiatives.
