Job summary

Legacy Industries in Dadri, India, seeks an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning across project sites. You will manage payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and employee records while ensuring statutory compliance with labour laws.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, preferably in construction or infrastructure, and strong MS Excel skills. You will coordinate with project managers, accounts, and labour contractors to maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Strong knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding.
• Manage HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Handle PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Must have strong knowledge of labour laws, including Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour, POSH, and BOCW.
• Manage labour licences, statutory registers, returns, audits, and inspections.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, meetings, and team coordination.
• Coordinate with project managers, accounts, and labour contractors.
• Manage joining, exit formalities, full & final settlements, and HR MIS reports.
• Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance at project sites
• Excellent communication, employee-handling, team management, and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR activities and coordinate with management and project teams.
