Job summary

Shubhshree Engineering & Constructions in Maharashtra seeks a payroll professional to manage monthly payroll for employees and project manpower, ensuring accurate salary calculations, attendance inputs and confidentiality.

You will verify attendance, leaves, OT, incentives and deductions, calculate PF/EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS, prepare payslips and salary certificates, reconcile data and coordinate with HR, site teams and Finance for payroll closure.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel with functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Excel-based payroll reporting and MIS skills.
• Knowledge of statutory payroll compliance.
• Analytical accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination with teams.

Responsibilities :

• Process monthly payroll, wage sheets and salary statements.


• Verify attendance, leave, OT, incentives, advances and deductions.


• Calculate PF/EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other applicable deductions.


• Prepare F&F settlements, pay slips and salary certificates.


• Coordinate with HR, site teams, Finance and Accounts for payroll closure.


• Reconcile payroll, bank transfer data and statutory deductions.


• Maintain payroll records and support audits/inspections.

Skills :

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
