Job summary

IDEMIA in Noida is seeking an HRIS Support Administrator to bridge business requirements with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will collaborate with internal customers to translate needs into technical configurations, manage deployments, and provide ongoing support and trainings.

The role involves handling requirements analysis, system configuration, and supporting end users, under the guidance of senior staff. This position is based on-site at Sector 73, Noida.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with any of Recruitment, Performance, or Compensation modules.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
• Manage or participate in build or deployment of SAP SF applications.
• Provide Level 2 functional support within the SAP SF domain and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Prepare and conduct end-user trainings.
• Document functional requirements and translate them into a solution.

Purpose:

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Mission:

• Required 3 to 8 Years of expereince in SAP Successfactors with any modules Recruitment OR Performance OR Compesation.
• Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements
• Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
• Manages or participates to group or local application(s) projects initial build or deployment
• Ensures functional support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (Requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.
• Executes and manages tests campaign
• Prepares and performs users trainings
• Collects and documents functional requirements from customers
• Transforms the requirements into a solution
• Participates to Level 2 support within the functional domain
• Interacts with end users and supports on complex issues and tasks and troubleshooting, defining and documenting the working instructions and elevate requests to the right technical team
• Maintains application(s) configuration
• Animates trainings for end users
• Works under the supervision of a Senior or Expert BAA
