Job summary

IDEMIA is hiring an HRIS Support Administrator for Noida to drive deployment and adoption of HRIS systems. You will ensure data quality, provide user training, and manage change in HR transformation initiatives.

The role requires SAP SuccessFactors expertise (EC/Recruitment/Performance/Compensation) and strong Power BI/data analytics capabilities. You will work with cross-functional teams across a global network.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Recruitment, Performance or Compensation).
• Strong experience in Power BI and data analytics.
• Ensures applications meet technical and functional requirements.
• Supports deployment, testing and end-user trainings for HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical HRIS solutions.
• Participate in group/local HRIS projects from initial build to deployment.
• Provide Level 2 functional support and issue resolution within HRIS domain.
• Plan, conduct and document user trainings for HRIS tools.
• Maintain application configurations and assist in regression testing.

This role drives the successful deployment and adoptionof HRIS applications by ensuring process excellence, data quality, user training, and effective change management, supporting HR transformation and business outcomes.

Key Missions

Purpose:

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Mission:

• Required 3 to 8 Years of expereince in SAP Successfactors with any modules EC OR Recruitment OR Performance OR Compesation.
• Good experience in PowerBI/Data Analytics.
• Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements
• Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
• Manages or participates to group or local application(s) projects initial build or deployment
• Ensures functional support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (Requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.
• Executes and manages tests campaign
• Prepares and performs users trainings
• Collects and documents functional requirements from customers
• Transforms the requirements into a solution
• Participates to Level 2 support within the functional domain
• Interacts with end users and supports on complex issues and tasks and troubleshooting, defining and documenting the working instructions and escape requests to the right technical team
• Maintains application(s) configuration
• Animates trainings for end users
• Works under the supervision of a Senior or Expert BAA
