Job summary

Rhysley Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions from Mohan Estate, New Delhi. The role requires 8–10 years of experience and full-time, on-site work with a 6-day work model.

Ideal candidate will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and joining follow-ups, while building strong pipelines and reporting on key recruitment metrics to management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise.
• Experience hiring across IT/SaaS, International BPO, Digital Marketing and corporate functions.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work with HODs and hiring managers and manage multiple senior and mid-level openings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to joining.
• Collaborate with HODs and hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and manage joining follow-ups.
• Handle multiple mid- to senior-level roles across IT/SaaS and services.
• Maintain candidate engagement, handle counteroffers and closures.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines.
• Track metrics like TAT, ageing, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring volume.
• Suggest process improvements to close positions faster.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management.
• Guide and mentor other recruiters when needed.

We are looking for experienced Senior HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and take ownership of hiring requirements across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
• Work closely with HODs and hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, skill sets, and hiring timelines.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer management, and joining follow-ups.
• Manage multiple mid-level and senior-level hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Handle candidate engagement, counteroffers, offer dropouts, notice-period follow-ups, and position closures.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for both regular and difficult-to-close positions.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Track recruitment performance through key metrics such as TAT, position ageing, offer-to-joining ratio, hiring volume, and sourcing-channel performance.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to improve hiring efficiency.
• Contribute to strengthening recruitment SOPs, tracking, reporting, and process workflows.
• Support initiatives to reduce position-closure time and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
• Provide regular recruitment reports, hiring updates, and actionable insights to management.
• Support and guide other recruiters whenever required.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Candidates with 7+ years of strong and directly relevant experience may also be considered based on their recruitment ownership and performance.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience handling hiring across IT/SaaS, International BPO, Digital Marketing, Sales, and corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Experience handling multiple senior and mid-level requirements simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work independently with HODs and hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring TAT, ageing, offer-to-joining ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify recruitment gaps and implement practical, result-oriented process improvements.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
