Job summary

Rojgar With Ankit (RWA) is seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will handle the complete lifecycle from sourcing to joining, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while collaborating with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of recruitment experience, hands-on sourcing using Naukri and LinkedIn, and strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
• Experience in EdTech / Education / Startup hiring will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, communication and suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle salary discussions, offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
