Job summary

Htl Aircon in Mumbai is seeking a payroll specialist to manage monthly end-to-end payroll processing, attendance and payroll inputs, and ensure accurate salary calculations.

The role requires familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), experience with HRMS tools such as Keka, HRone or Spine, and strong MS Excel skills to generate MIS and salary reports.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing & HR Operations.
• Experience with Keka, HRone, Spine or similar HRMS/Payroll software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll calculations.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, salary inputs, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and salary-related reports.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll processing.
