Job summary

Affirm Services seeks an experienced Senior HR Manager with at least 10 years in HR leadership, preferably in a construction company. The role focuses on core HR, legal compliance, ESIC, PF, Labour Office, and related Acts.

The candidate should have strong union negotiation skills and experience in domestic enquiries, show cause notices, gratuity and bonus acts, and vendor/contract labour management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, admin, and legal compliance in a construction setting.
