Job summary

Affirm Services in Pune district is seeking a Senior HR Manager with a management degree and 10+ years of experience, preferably in construction, to lead core HR operations, admin, and compliance. This role focuses on statutory adherence and efficient people processes within a dynamic environment.

You will handle ESIC, PF, Labour Office matters, Show cause notices, Gratuity/Bonus acts, and vendor/contract labour management, including negotiations with unions as required.

Qualifications

• Must have management degree and 10+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager.
• Experience preferred in construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, admin and all legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR operations and administration.
• Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, Labour Office and relevant acts.
• Oversee union negotiations, show cause notices, gratuity, bonus and vendor/contract labour management.
