Responsibilities
  • Develop the annual human resources business plan and drive execution.
  • Participate in the development of business plans for internal customers.
  • Manage all processes and policies relating to day‑to‑day human resources operations and compliance.
  • Develop staffing and manpower planning.
  • Participate in annual performance reviews.
  • Assist with employee development and coaching, executive consultation, succession planning and strategy, policy administration, retention strategies, and compensation planning, including base salary, bonus, and stock.
  • Track employee relations and regulatory and corporate compliance.
  • Drive an open‑door and engaging management philosophy.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of U.S.-based operations recruiters.
  • Develop and deliver a market‑leading recruiting strategy for the U.S. team.
  • Serve as a key member of the recruiting team and develop a consistent approach.
  • Oversee the recruiting process for all U.S.-based internal and external hires within operations.
  • Conduct senior‑level hiring for designated groups in partnership with the in‑house, direct‑sourcing team.
  • Partner with businesses to develop and drive direct‑sourcing methods and strategies, utilizing in‑house recruiting methods.
  • Conduct and collate market research and build referral networks to directly source candidates.
  • Build strategic relationships with clients across specific businesses, demonstrating advanced knowledge and subject‑matter expertise.
  • Become a trusted advisor.
  • Attend business management meetings and provide regular reporting and updates, as required.
  • Partner with hiring managers to negotiate complex offers.
  • Ensure the correct use of relevant recruiting and HR systems.
  • Champion diversity within the company.
  • Define clear, sustainable recruiting strategies and models that address the business’ needs.
  • Define world‑class recruiting processes and drive standardization of processes across the recruiting network.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to leverage technology platforms for recruiting.
  • Build recruiting capabilities, lead, coach, and provide timely feedback within the organization.
  • Partner closely with businesses to understand evolving needs.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with businesses to deliver staffing solutions.
  • Source potential candidates using the Internet, referrals, social media, direct sourcing, and advertising.
  • Effectively match candidates to current and future job requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage requirements and expectations of clients and hiring managers.
  • Prepare candidates before interviews to ensure success.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates.
  • Attend job fairs and outside recruiting events as part of the sourcing and candidate‑development plan.
