Job summary

FundooLabs Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for blue and white collar staff. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll input, attendance, and compliance across key statutory requirements.

The role emphasizes policy drafting, employee engagement, performance management, and confidential grievance handling within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in SME/MSME or manufacturing.
• Experience in blue and white-collar recruitment and onboarding.
• Willing to work within 10 km of Vadodara office.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, POSH compliance.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and TA for blue and white collar roles.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, induction and exits.
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs and overtime handling.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment).
• Draft and implement HR policies and communications.
• Run performance management including appraisals and MIS.
• Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations.
• Handle grievances with confidentiality and maturity.

• Prior work experience in small factory setups, managing both blue collar and white-collar employees
• Staying within 10 km radius of FundooLabs office (@ Chhani, Vadodara)
