Intangles Lab is seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a strategic consultant to senior leaders, translating business goals into people strategies that drive performance, engagement and retention. You will partner with leadership on organizational design, talent management and culture-building, delivering analytics-based insights to guide workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• Talent Management & Succession: Lead talent reviews and identify high-potential employees for succession planning.

team. You will serve as a strategic consultant to senior leaders, helping them navigate

• Employee Relations & Coaching: Mediate complex issues and provide 1-on-1 coaching to leadership.

Required Qualifications
