The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent client relationships, and the ability to work independently to meet targets.

Key duties include visiting clients, presenting products, generating leads, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and coordinating with production and dispatch to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in PVC products, interior products, building materials, construction materials, or related industries preferred.
• Strong B2B and B2C sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong local market knowledge and customer network.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory.
• Good follow-up and closing skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive, proactive, and result-oriented approach.

Responsabilités
