Decoraids Decorating Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive in Rajkot, India. The role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, visiting sites, explaining PVC Designer Wall & Ceiling Panels, and driving sales growth in the interior/building materials sector.

Fresh graduates with strong communication, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Travel within the local area and a valid driving license are preferred.

Formación

• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Positive and confident personality.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned local area.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Experience in PVC products, interior products, or building materials will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers and understand their requirements.

• Generate new leads through market visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations and share product information.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the office team for order processing and customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
