Job description

Role summary

You will own day-to-day social media execution across BHIVE’s brand and business lines. This is a hands‑on role. You will plan, write, publish, and optimize content across platforms, coordinate with design and video teams, and drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, followers, and inbound leads.

What you will do
  • Execute the social media calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube (shorts), and X (if applicable).
  • Write strong, platform-native copy for posts, carousels, reels, stories, and announcements.
  • Brief the Creative and Production teams with clear directions (hook, format, references, captions, CTA, deadlines).
  • Coordinate daily posting, community management, and comment/DM hygiene with quick, brand-safe responses.
  • Track performance weekly: reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, shares, video retention, clicks, leads.
  • Improve content performance through iteration: hooks, thumbnails, formats, captions, posting time, and distribution tactics.
  • Manage campaigns on social organically (product launches, center launches, events, offers, partnerships).
  • Work with Performance Marketing to align messaging, creatives, landing pages, UTMs, and reporting.
  • Maintain brand voice and guardrails across all social touchpoints.
  • Spot trends early and translate them into BHIVE-relevant content (without forcing it).
  • Support on-ground content capture needs by coordinating with teams (events, launches, testimonials).
What success looks like (first 60 to 90 days)
  • Social calendar runs on time with minimal follow-ups.
  • Output quality is consistent and on‑brand across platforms.
  • Clear weekly reporting with insights and “what we’ll change next week.”
  • Better engagement and content saves/shares vs the last baseline month.
  • Stronger coordination with Design and Video, fewer avoidable iterations.
Must‑have requirements (non‑negotiable)
  • 6 to 8 years of social media experience.
  • In your current organization, social media must be your primary role (not a side responsibility).
  • Strong execution skills across publishing, copywriting, community management, and reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience running calendars and coordinating with designers/video editors.
  • Comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram/LinkedIn native analytics, and basic reporting sheets.
  • Strong writing skills in English. Hinglish comfort is a plus.
  • Ability to work fast, stay organized, and handle multiple requests without dropping deadlines.
Good‑to‑have
  • Experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, consumer lifestyle, or B2B services.
  • Basic understanding of performance creative and how organic content supports paid.
  • Experience with influencer collaborations or creator‑led content workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva (basic), Notion/Trello/Asana, Later/Hootsuite/Sprout (any one is fine).
Working style we value
  • You take ownership. You don’t wait for perfect briefs.
  • You keep things clean: sharp copy, zero posting errors, correct tags/handles/links.
  • You respect timelines and reduce iterations by briefing well.
  • You use data to make decisions, not opinions.
