Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with company objectives, events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, creatives, captions, and other social media content.
• Increase organic reach, followers, engagement, and overall social media visibility.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas to improve engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collecting information, photographs, videos, and updates required for social media content.
• Cover and promote trade fairs, exhibitions, events, launches, and company activities through social media.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports covering reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyse content performance and continuously improve the social media strategy based on insights.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, agencies, or other external partners wherever required.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication, tone, visual identity, and messaging across all social media platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Organic Social Media Growth.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Strong content writing, caption writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging reels, stories, posts, and short-form video content.
• Knowledge of Canva / basic graphic designing tools will be an advantage.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of hashtags, trends, audience engagement, and social media algorithms.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
