Job summary

Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) in Maharashtra seeks a disciplined MPC professional to manage Finished Goods, WIP, and BOM stocks in line with production requirements. You will coordinate with production to plan budgets for raw materials and production consumables, and to prepare monthly/weekly production plans ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes material planning, MRP accuracy, capacity planning, and adherence to quality and process standards within SCP&L.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. with 3–4 years of experience in PPC roles.
• Experience in material planning, MRP and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of budget variance reporting and vendor payments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production to prepare budgets for raw material, BOM, and other production consumables.
• Prepare monthly production plans for material procurement and track variances.
• Maintain Finished Goods availability to ensure timely production and inventory control.
• Track maintenance activities against the annual maintenance plan.
• Develop PPC processes and systems per business requirements and monitor TS 16949, ISO 14001, and TQM.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing and SCPL team for capacity planning and production scheduling.
