Job summary

Roys Institute Competitive Examination is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness. The role involves handling statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS, and maintaining detailed employee records such as attendance, leave and salary registers.

You will coordinate with HR and Finance for onboarding and exits, prepare payroll MIS reports for management review, and respond to employee salary-related queries.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other payroll-related deductions.
• Prepare and file returns related to PF and ESI within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain employee records such as attendance, leave, and salary registers.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
• Generate payroll MIS reports for management review.
• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory benefits.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations.
