Job summary

Maxivision Eye Hospital in Chennai is seeking a dedicated payroll administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

You will validate attendance, leaves, bonuses, deductions and reimbursements, handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity) and support payroll audits, while maintaining confidential data and accurate master records.

Qualifications

• You must have strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with payroll software and statutory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Manage employee compensation changes, increments, promotions, and settlements.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, manpower cost, payroll cost, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records.
• Handle employee payroll queries and coordinate with Finance for salary processing.
• Support payroll audits and ensure data confidentiality.
