Job summary

Pinax Group in Kolkata is seeking a Payroll Specialist to handle salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, and full and final settlements with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. You will ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT and TDS, maintain payroll records and MIS reports, and resolve employee payroll queries while coordinating with HR and Finance for reconciliation.
