Job summary

Piramal Pharma is seeking a Senior Executive for Order Management & Logistics to manage sales orders, invoicing, and export documentation. You will coordinate with logistics teams, CHA, and transporters to ensure timely loading and billing, while maintaining accurate records and strong cross-functional communication.

The role requires SAP SD experience, 2–3 years in manufacturing, and proficiency in MS Office; exposure to OTW processes is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 60% marks and no education gap (BSc, BCom, BMS, BBA).
• SAP SD module end user experience is MUST.
• 2-3 years in manufacturing with exposure to Sales Order Entry and Export Logistics.
• Proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales/Service Order, Pre-shipment Invoice, Tax Invoice in SAP SD.
• Coordinate with plant logistics, CHAs, and transporters for on-time loading.
• Ensure timely creation of SO, pre-shipment, invoices, and post shipment docs.
• Deliver billing documents to customers on time.
• Liaise with banks and CHAs for shipment-related documents.
• Manual invoicing (including CNs) to customers.
• Participate in Sales/Outbound Logistics meetings and identify cost/schedule improvements.
• Maintain relationships with business units/sites and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate with min 60% marks and no education gap (BSC, BCOM, BMS, BBA,)
• SAP SD module end user experience is MUST.
• 2-3-year experience in manufacturing industry with exposure in Sales Order Entry and Export Logistics activities such as export clearance, vessel/flight booking, pre and post shipment documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication
• Theoretical/ practical knowledge in Order to Cash process with CHA, Transporter, manufacturing company would be added advantage
• Demonstrates working knowledge with MS-Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS-Outlook.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate Sales/Service Order, Pre-shipment Invoice, Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note in SAP SD Module
• Work with plant logistics, customer's CHAs, transporters for on-time loading of material.
• Ensure accurate and timely creation of SO, pre-shipment, Tax Invoice and post shipment documents.
• Ensure to timely deliver billing documents to customer.
• Liaise with banks and CHAs to ensure all shipment related documents are sent on time.
• Manual Invoicing (incl. CNs) to customer
• Participate in Sales/(Outbound) Logistics team meetings and support in identifying areas to improve cost and schedule, mitigate risks, manage claims avoidance, and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business units/sites by ensuring effective and appropriate communication occurs as required.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of all information reported to internal and external customers. Promote quality culture within the GBSS by focusing on reduction of cycle times and costs of non-conformance.
