Job summary

RPG Group is seeking a logistics and export documentation professional to manage end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring compliance and timely execution. You will coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, plants, regulators, and customers to execute shipments efficiently, with emphasis on cold chain integrity.

The role requires hands-on experience in export documentation, SAP SD (OBD/Invoicing), and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless order fulfillment and shipment accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in export documentation and logistics activities in International Business.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in handling Cold chain shipment and related logistics activities.
• Thorough Knowledge of SAP in SD Module (OBD/Invoicing and related activities).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check and monitor pre-shipment and post-shipment documents as per PO/LC and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders related to order processing and shipment execution.
• Coordinate with CHA & freight forwarders for smooth customs clearance and proper cold chain shipment execution.
• Coordinate with Independent Inspection Organisation as per various requirements.
• Communicate with customers on orders/shipment and attend to queries.

Job description

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:

• Preparation & Checking & monitoring the pre-shipment & post-shipment documents activities as per PO / Letter of credit and customer requirements.
• Coordination with all stakeholders related to order processing / Shipment execution.
• Coordinating with CHA & freight forwarders for smooth custom clearance and successful shipment execution as per INCOTERMS and in proper cold chain.
• Coordination with Independent Inspection Organisation as per various requirements.
• Communicating with customers on orders / shipment & attend to their queries, if any.
• Understanding the shipment requirements and work accordingly with freight forwarders, plant, regulatory, customers to execute the shipment in smooth manner.
• Proficient in Custom related documentation / Shipping bill check list approval for each Shipment.
• Coordinating with plant / Warehouse for shipment.
• Coordination with vendor / Stores for palletization of goods wherever required.
• Coordinating with CHA on availing benefits under various exports schemes.
• Planning of Pre-shipment samples dispatches by airfreight / courier / door to door delivery.
• Checking & Processing bills for freight forwarder/ Courier company and other Service provider.

Required Knowledge/ Skills –

• Person should have experience in export documentation and logistics activities in International Business.
• Should be proficient & have good knowledge to handleCold chain shipment& its logistics related activities.
