Job summary

Capgemini in Chennai is seeking an experienced Order Management professional to manage the full order lifecycle from entry to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Finance while delivering high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in end-to-end order fulfillment, SAP SD/MM, and proficient MS Excel. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Seeking an experienced Order Management professional with hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order Fulfillment and Order Management processes. Responsible for managing customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and excellent customer service.
