Job summary

Talentflexiserv Global is seeking a SCM/Logistics coordinator in Pune to manage orders, coordinate logistics, and support inventory control. You will create item/vendor masters, process SAP sales and purchase orders, and ensure on-time material readiness.

You will collaborate with the Germany team for shipment processing, prepare documents, and maintain meticulous records in SAP and ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel is essential; 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics or Commerce or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations & inventory management.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading companies.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create Item & Vendor Master for every new item & Vendor.
• Receive documents from sales team and check accuracy of documents.
• Book Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Prepare and update Sales & Purchase order file daily and share with concerned departments.
• Input order details accurately into the SAP system with zero error.
• Maintain regular follow-up with vendors for on-time material readiness.
• Work with Germany Order processing/logistics team for on-time shipment movement.
• Get shipment documents from Germany team and download from SAP.
• Send shipment alerts and documents to CHA for customs clearance.
• Coordinate with courier and transport companies to book delivery trucks.
• Track shipments to prevent loss or delays.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
• Share dispatch intimations and invoices with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain shipment-wise and customer-wise document folders.
• Submit GRPO and transporter/CHA invoices to finance on time.
• Update order, customs duty and inventory files and share with finance & sales.

1. Managing and Processing Orders

• Create Item & Vendor Master for every new item & Vendor.
• Receive all documents from sales team related to orders & check accuracy of documents.
• Book the Sales Order & Purchase orders in SAP.
• Prepare & Update Sales & Purchase order file on daily basis & share to all concern department.
• Input order details accurately into the company computer system with zero error (in SAP).
• Maintain regular follow up with Vendor for Ontime/prepone/postpone of material readiness date.

2. Logistics & Shipping Coordination

• Work closely with Germany Order processing/logistics team for on time shipment movement.
• Get all shipment related documents from Germany team & download from SAP.
• Send Shipment alerts & documents to CHA for Custom Clearance.
• Work with courier and transport companies to book delivery trucks.
• Follow the shipment while it is on the road to ensure it does not get lost or delayed.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills for transport.
• Share Dispatch Intimation & Invoice shipping documents with customer & internal stakeholders.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Support

• On time GRPO in SAP system.
• Match the physical stock in the warehouse with the numbers listed in the System.

4. Maintain Documentation Pre & Post shipment clearance

• Maintain Shipment wise documents folder as Invoice, AWB, BL, Packing list, BOE etc.
• Maintain customer wise documents folder as PO, Invoices, E-way bill etc.
• Ontime document submission to finance i.e. GRPO, Transporter, CHA & Forwarders Invoices.
• Timely update Order files, Custom Duty files, Inventory files & share to Finance & sales team.

5. Qualification & Experience
