Job summary

Mahindra Logistics Ltd. Senior Executive Site Operations to own end-to-end shift operations, driving productivity and adherence to SOPs. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely escalation resolution.

Qualifications

• 25 years in Site Operations / Warehouse / Logistics / Fulfilment / Last‑Mile Operations.
• Experience in shift management and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Own shift operations and drive productivity and CPT performance.
• Monitor CX CPT, Dock CPT, 3P CPT, TX CPT NTBDR and take corrective actions.
• Ensure SOP, Quality, UPP and Space Design Audit compliance.
• Conduct RCA and CAPA for misses and ensure timely closure.
• Plan manpower and floor requirements based on CAP/volume fluctuations; monitor absenteeism.
• Ensure vehicle placement and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Drive floor training, 555 Audits, safety and healthy workplace practices.
• Motivate teams to uphold ownership, accountability and performance.
• Manage Operations, Customer, 3P Vehicle escalations and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
