Job summary

Ethics Innovations is seeking a Sr. Executive Operations / Assistant Manager Operations to manage day-to-day pharma warehouse activities in Madhya Pradesh. You will oversee inbound/outbound processes, batch-wise inventory control, and compliance with GDP/GMP and SOP requirements.

Responsibility includes supervising the operations team, optimizing stock accuracy, coordinating with QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Finance, and ensuring audit readiness. Prior pharma warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics will be preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 years for Sr. Executive; 5–9 years for Assistant Manager roles in pharma warehouse / healthcare / 3PL pharma.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and strong inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including Inward, GRN, Put-away, Storage, Picking, Packing and Dispatch.
• Ensure batch-wise inventory management and accurate stock records.
• Follow FEFO/FIFO practices for pharmaceutical products; monitor expiry and damaged stock.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, Transport, Sales and Finance teams.
• Lead and supervise warehouse operations team; drive KPI achievement and productivity.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day pharma warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfilment, proper storage and dispatch of pharmaceutical products, and compliance with applicable SOPs, GDP/GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including Inward, GRN, Put-away, Storage, Picking, Packing and Dispatch.
• Ensure proper batch-wise inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.
• Follow FEFO/FIFO practices for pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor product expiry, near‑expiry, damaged, rejected and blocked stock.
• Ensure proper warehouse storage conditions and adherence to defined SOPs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, Transport, Sales and Finance teams.
• Manage B2B/B2C order processing and ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Monitor daily warehouse productivity, manpower deployment and operational targets.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts and investigate inventory variances.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, records, MIS and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP, SOPs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper material handling.
• Work on SAP/WMS/ERP systems for inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy and cost efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities Assistant Manager

• Lead and supervise the warehouse operations team and manage manpower productivity.
• Take ownership of warehouse KPIs and operational performance.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth supply chain operations.
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization and service‑level achievement.
• Ensure readiness for audits and compliance with pharma warehouse standards.
