Job summary

OPES Healthcare Private Limited in Changodar, Gujarat, is seeking a Senior Executive Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations for RM, PM, and Finished Goods. You will ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch, maintain FIFO/FEFO practices, and coordinate with QA/QC for material release.

The role requires experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, knowledge of GMP, and the ability to maintain ERP/SAP records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of RM, PM, FG, inventory control, and FIFO/FEFO.
• Knowledge of GMP and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for RM, PM, and Finished Goods.
• Ensure timely material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO/FEFO.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for material approval and release.
• Ensure timely material availability for production requirements.
• Maintain ERP/SAP records and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, QC, and Logistics teams.
