Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock.
3. Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
5. Oversee the use and optimization of ERP and inventory management systems.
6. Generate and present inventory performance reports and key metrics to senior management.
7. Lead and train inventory control staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
8. Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to support demand forecasting and supply planning.
9. Support finance and audit teams in inventory valuation and year-end audits.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs and enhance operational efficiency.
Skills Required:
1. Soft skills and excellent communication
2. Knowledge of Logistics and the Warehousing industry
3. MS Excel & MS Word
4. Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other Languages would be an added advantage)
