Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations related to Export Pricing and Export Logistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all export-related transactions.
• Perform detailed cost calculations and pricing analysis to support competitive and profitable export pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, etc.) in compliance with export regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors and freight forwarders to obtain competitive export freight rates and service quotes.
• Ensure compliance with export customs regulations, export control laws, and Incoterms, proactively addressing any regulatory updates.
• Support and oversee export shipping documentation, including preparation and verification of required paperwork for smooth customs clearance and cargo movement.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Warehouse, etc.) and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective export shipments.
• Monitor changes in international trade regulations, export incentives, EXIM policies, and industry trends to optimize export pricing and operational strategies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in compliance with customs and understanding of incoterms.
• Familiarity with ERP and SAP systems is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including advanced formulas), and PowerPoint.
