Responsibilities

• Organising and monitoring storage and distribution of goods at multiple warehouses
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Directing, optimising, and coordinating full order cycle
• Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters and other parties
• Working responsibly for the overall supply chain management
• Act as a liaison between the client and onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
• Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
• Coordinate daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
• Assist in the documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions
