Job summary

Stockarea is a digital warehousing ecosystem headquartered in Chennai, enabling on-demand storage, fulfillment, and logistics for e-commerce and OEMs. We are hiring a Sales Manager - 3PL Logistics / Warehousing to drive warehousing sales across Chennai, Mumbai, and Noida, focusing on new business and customer portfolio growth.

You will lead a small sales team, manage data, reports, and KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing sales.
• Strong data management and MS Excel skills.
• Good leadership and team-handling abilities.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Thorough understanding of sales processes and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates must have their own laptop.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
• Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and present reports to management as required.

Key Responsibilities:
