Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Executive Import Export role based in Pendurthi. The role involves managing end‑to‑end import and export operations, including documentation, coordination with customs, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely clearance and shipment of goods. The Senior Executive will monitor international trade regulations and compliance requirements, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports related to shipments, duties, and logistics costs. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supporting sales teams with export‑related requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders for inventory and dispatch planning, and maintaining strong relationships with global partners and logistics providers. The role also focuses on process optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in import‑export workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures, including preparation and verification of shipping, customs, and regulatory documents.


• Experience in managing import‑export operations and coordinating cross‑border logistics and compliance activities.


• Understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and Incoterms, with the ability to apply them in daily operations.


• Background in sales support related to export processes, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and customer communication.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field; advanced certifications in import‑export or logistics are an advantage.


• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or logistics management systems, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.


• Ability to work on‑site in Pendurthi, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.


• Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics industry is beneficial.
